RAD pixels photography

This sweetie pie is turning one is just a few days, and I thought it would be great to sit him down on my pretty blanket and snap some cute photos of him sitting there, smashing his cake, pleasantly sitting still.  Ha!  Yeah, right!  This kid is on the move, people.  He didn't even want to sit still for a ride in his super awesome all-terrain wagon.  I'm glad mom and dad can keep up with him! George loved the camera, so much so that he came chasing after me several times to grab it.  Also, he liked cake, icing, pine cones, sticks, and anything else he could manage to pick up.  What a curious kid!  He laughed and talked away, smiled and fake laughed, and showed some pretty smooth dance moves when his dad turned on the Ellen theme song.  I love this kid.  He is so happy and easy going, as long as you don't have to hold him down to change his diaper or clothes.  He has places to go! I had so much fun running around chasing this lit...

Wow.  One year has passed so quickly!  I have had the honor of getting to watch Brody grow into this complete ham of a toddler.  During his first session, which coincidentally was my first newborn session, I knew by looking in his eyes that he would be a happy boy.  Over the next couple of sessions, getting a smile took some work, but he always came through.  Now, at one year old, this little guy still has shown me how much he has accomplished in such a short amount of time, and his smile and giggle are completely infectious! I want to give a big thanks to Lauren and Daniel for allowing me to capture Brody's first year.  It has truly been my pleasure! They are such great parents, and I know with their faith and determination, Brody will continue to make remarkable progress.  I look forward to photographing that sweet smile again!  I wanted to save this sneak peak until closer to his big day, so please join me in wishing this amazing littl...

I just can't wait to share these any longer!  I'm still working on the images from Haleigh's session, but I had to make a post.  This little girl is absolutely adorable!  Thankfully, I got some balloons for Miss Haleigh, and boy, did she like them!  I lost count of hearing her precious version of "balloon!"  They kept her entertained long enough to get plenty of great shots.   I hope birthday number two will bring her many surprises!  Enjoy Miss Haleigh!   This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License .

Izzy turned two on June 14.  It's so hard to believe that little baby I had is now such a big girl.  Time really does fly!  Enjoy Izzy's birthday shoot!
