Sisters

So, I'm a little biased.  Sure.  But these girls are pretty awesome.   By the way, if you want to get in some shooting time for practice or to try out new places or equipment, call a teenage girl or two.  They are usually willing to do just about anything I ask no matter how silly it sounds.  Plus, I don't have to give much direction.  Not with these two, at least.   Hanah and Hazen have grown up on me so quickly.  While Hanah is set in her ways:  dependable, loyal, responsible, reserved but assertive, Hazen, on the other hand, is really starting to show her true personality, and let me tell you, she's cray cray.  Did I say that correctly?  Anyway, she's fun, quite silly, and as she puts it, hyper.  She's learning that hard work and dedication do pay off, but patience is truly a virtue.  She's also learning that her sister is quite possibly the best friend she'll ever have.  She might not realize that she is ...

Swimming Pools & Garden Centers

Who knew going to the Garden Center at our local box store could be a great place for some photos?  Izzy wasn't happy about my snapping, but she obliged after a few minutes.  Luckily, she had her new My Little Pony, Dreamy, to keep her busy.  All of a sudden, she has a renewed love for the ponies.  Pet Shops are still around, but the ponies are getting some quality play time recently.  During our yard sale this weekend, Izzy decided she wanted to have a lemonade stand.  She was successful, making enough money to buy some new toys.  Ponies were on the list.  Have I mentioned she takes her toys everywhere?  Well, she does and she has fun wherever we are.  Just yesterday we had a pool day after cleaning up the sale.  Who made the trip, too?  Ponies.  She played for hours in the water with her ponies.  I'm so glad she has such an imagination...and youtube videos to help provide additional inspiration.  Thanks, Cookie...
